I appreciated staff and location, which were great.

I'm so glad that wheelchair accessible room with clean comfortable bed, view of Duomo and good shower I booked was available. Having shower facilities, a hairdryer and a bidet was a bonus.

Loved hotel’ s location and staff, had a good stay at this venue. This place was just what we needed, would recommend.

Its personnel was attentive and amiable, no complaints. The breakfast was savoury and delicious; served in the restaurant. Had an enjoyable stay for longer next time, will be back.

My room included a safe box, a mini-fridge-bar and a writing table. The breakfast was perfect, had plenty of options. The hotel had a very central setting close to the church. Moreover, I went to the lake, it's 20 minutes walk away. I loved my such wonderful stay

The property seemed fairly clean and the room was perfect. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of meals. I appreciated very central location close enough to the centre and railway station.

The staff is helpful here, the services are great, and location is fab just next door to the attractions and the Duomo. Immaculate units with good size bathroom.

Strategic location with perfect views, sweet staff. Breakfast had plenty of options and tea, coffee, cakes, eggs and slices of fresh bread were healthy. I liked the a double room which was fully-equipped. Excellent service and a good pool onsite. Neat and absolutely great hotel in Florence Historic Center district.

We liked location and facilities of the hotel. Amazing building, clean and good bedroom. A short walk to bars and restaurants. Fancy venue walk from a train station in Florence.

Epic view, nice service, soft beds. Cosy location within easy walking distance of a l-shaped square. It was great to have a bar in the lobby.

Actually everything was perfect. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the restaurant was great and had lots of food. It was set in a great area.

Its an IMPECABLE place, spotless. Quiet location, 10 minutes' walk to an art museum.

warm stay in an eco-friendly hotel. wonderful location, fantastic breakfast, amazing service and the staff was very professional. inviting room, very comfy bed and we liked best bathroom. it was close to florence downtown.

We loved the central location and our fabulous room. Spacious enough suite and comfy bed. The hotel was very clean and every staff member was accommodating.

Wi-fi was a bit slow.

Being right next to Eataly Firenze was nice, we had dinner there.

Their breakfast was not included.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's handy base for visiting some must see attractions in Florence.

The setting was GOOD here. A fully furnished kitchen was a big plus. It is not far from the airport.
